For an abandoned area of the city, which is the linking area connecting the city centre with the newly developing district, this proposal suggests a hierarchical organisation of program, in order to develop ecologically and economically sustainable activities. Layers of design organisation includes:

• Present and preserve natural environment,
• boosting pedestrian and cycling visitors, either as commuters or for leisure purposes,
• development of leisure and tourist market infrastructure,
• car parking arrangement.

Design proposal suggested a wide hybrid path for cyclists and pedestrians, which serves as a spine where specially designed cantilever or paved platforms are mounted. This proposal covers a wide spectrum of design scales, from macro development strategy to micro custom designed furnishing.
